BRILLIANT BARKING & DAGENHAM produced their best football of the season to edge past a much-fancied Croydon side, dumping their opponents out of the London Schools' FA Crisp Shield for the third time in four years.

Falling behind shortly after half-time, the home side hit back with strikes from Brendan Ocran and top-scorer Ernest Okoh. But their spiritied opponents equalised dramatically with the last kick of the game to send the tie into extra-time.

Full of determination, Hunters Hall duo Louis Phillips and Daniel Boyce answered the call to arms with late goals to seal the District team's semi-final berth.
