AFTER TRAILING 2-1 AT half-time, Barking & Dagenham stormed to a 5-3 win over Thurrock to stay top of the Essex SFA Finch League.

In a thrilling contest, and with the scores locked at 3-3, Barking & Dagenham stole the points in the dying minutes of the game. Siju Odelusi's fabulous goal, added to earlier efforts from Ernest Okoh (2) and Daniel Boyce, gave the home side the advantage.

Then Boyce added his second goal of the morning with a quite stunning strike. With his whole body suspended in the air, the Hunters Hall striker lashed a left-foot volley that arrowed into the top corner from thirty yards.
