BARKING & DAGENHAM'S RECENT good form continued as they chalked up another impressive victory, this time in the London SFA Crisp Shield. Last year's runners-up never really hit their devastating best but still had enough to overpower Harlow & West Essex by four goals to nil.

Brendan Ocran opened the scoring, grabbing his third of the season, before Daniel Boyce netted for the fourth game in a row to make it 2-0 at the interval.

In the second half, the home side continued to dominate with further goals from Luke Gelston and Ernest Okoh. And an outstanding save from keeper Connor Gray secured the District side's first clean sheet of the campaign.
