District Parents' Fundraising Meeting

BELOW ARE THE minutes from the parents' fundraising meeting held on 22/11/08. Please could all friends and families of the players support the efforts to raise money for the Jersey Trip at Easter.

Home match raffles: It was decided that at home matches a raffle would take place. Steve will be getting the prizes for each raffle. However, each player’s family will need to contribute £8.00 towards the cost of the raffle. Action: Steve will organise a rota for this.

Bus Stop Tickets:  After each home match a bus stop ticket will be passed round in the club house only. The following also took bus stop tickets away with them after the match to raise some money: Sam and John, Jodi, Mrs Okoh, Nicky, Helen, Julie, Ama, Jayne and Adam, Brian and Karen, Jenny, Walter.

Please ensure you bring back any unused bus stop tickets and money raised by 6th December 2008. Please give all money to Steve.

Discos: Sam to look into booking and costs of the small hall at Dagenham and Redbridge F.C. Everyone agreed the date of the disco would be 24th January. Action: Sam to get back to Steve re: costs and availability by the 6th December 08.

Quiz Nights: A minimum of 4 people to each team, need to look at dates and venues for this. 

Penalty Shootouts: Mr Moore will be organising this.
