THIRTY-SEVEN NOMINATIONS were received for this years' trials, with a much higher average ability than we have previously seen.
For the first time, we have rejected girls from clubs at the first trial, highlighting how much girls’ football ahs grown in the borough over the previous five years.
Unfortunately, such large numbers mean that almost half of the players will not be invited back.
Thank you to the following pupils for their attendance. They all performed well but, at present, we do not foresee a regular place for them in the District side:
- Taylor Michaels
- Tia Austin
- Olivia Atuegba
- Emily Chrysanthon
- Jessica Taylor
- Lucy Tarbard
- Morgan
- Caitlin Clinton
- Emily Grain
The following pupils did not attend. However, if there is an understandable reason for their absence, teachers are welcome to contact us to arrange another opportunity for their pupils:
- Jade Newland
- Courtney Nelso
- Sarah Adeya
- Maria-Victoria Ebaco
- Karen Lukieto
- Paige Meade
- Shanice Makili
- Ellie Lynch
Please congratulate the following girls on progressing to the next phase of selection:
