AFTER SIX WEEKS out because of the inclement winter weather, Barking & Dagenham demolished Newham in their latest Essex Finch League encounter.

In a clinical display of individual finishing, top scorer Sorba Thomas rattled in four, with Michael Turner adding another without reply.

In truth, Barking & Dagenham could have scored several more but the three points were comfortably secured as they remain in contention for the title.
