Steve Potts

STEVE POTTS WAS part of the same District side as Tony Adams.

Born in Conneticut USA, Potts started his career at West Ham as an apprentice in 1983, making his first appearance against Q.P.R. on 1 January 1985. He played for the club for the next seventeen years, spending much time as captain and amassing a total of 505 appearances, scoring only one goal, in a 7-1 win against Hull City in 1990. His last appearance for the club was in 2001, although he stayed on until 2002.
