AFTER A MIDWEEK defeat to Newham, Barking & Dagenham bounced back in style, crushing bottom of the table Waltham Forest 4-0 at the Peter May Centre.

Daniel Boyce, returning to the side after a holiday, gave the visitors the ideal fillip, finishing off well from keeper Alfie Malbon's long boot up-field. He added his second shortly after with a brave close range header.

Louis Phillips scored for the second successive game and Brendan Ocran completed the rout after the interval.
