A LAST GASP HEADER from captain Jack Richardson kept Barking and Dagenham's title dream alive. The skipper's last minute towering header saw the District side secure a vital 2-1 win.

MJ Folkes netted earlier in the game from Daniel Cheema's cut-back but Waltham Forest got back on level terms and looked like they would snatch the lead until Richardson's late, late heroics.
