Via M25 (Dartford Tunnel)
From Dartford Tunnel, continue onto M25 for about a mile before taking the slip road to J30. Take the dual carriageway towards Dagenham (A13). Leave at 3rd exit (sign-posted Dagenham East); turn right at the roundabout, up and over the bridge to junction with the old A13. Turn left and travel about half a mile. Turn right at the next junction (keeping McDonalds on your right). Go to the next roundabout and take first exit left (Bull Pub) onto Rainham Road South. Go over station hill. Turn right at traffic lights (Eastbrook Pub). Continue for a quarter of a mile then get into the right turn lane and turn right into little lane. This takes you through the May & Baker entrance gate, leading into the large car park. Clubhouse and Changing rooms are on the right of the car park.
